Cricket is a gentleman's game, right?... or is it? I am sure we have all been told maybe a million times that cricket is a gentlemans game from childhood to now. However, I think due to various reasons, including wanting to spend more time in the middle, wanting that win so badly, having been given out when you were not actually out, etc, makes a lot of people not follow the basic principle of Gentlemanly conduct on the field. Just take the shocking, to say the least, incident where Shahid Afridi was caught on camera tampering the ball last week. So many times we have heard people saying have faith in me ? Trust your instinct ? Captain have confidence in his player ? We are confident about Win or loss ;) I think key behind all this successful wining team is Confidence. Amir Khan in 3 idiots by saying "Allz is Well" meant have confidence it will help in solving the problem.

But, those whove reached the summit at either Mission hills peak or Mysore hills or Mt. Tamaulipas or Jammu or Mt. Diablo, will tell you the details of the arduous climb, how they hit the wall and pushed through it to get to the summit.As you reach closer to the summit, you hit the wall, the last two miles seem as long as the whole distance. Empowering Home Team to Select Match Day (Sat/Sun) Cricbay has empowered Home Teams to select the match day, either Saturday or Sunday, on a scheduled match weekend. Home team is allowed to choose either Saturday or Sunday while sending out the IEMail by Tuesday 12:00 PM preceding the scheduled match weekend. Once the IEMail is sent, day and time of play can only be changed with umpire and opponent team's consent.
